Deadlift (150kg) x 5 / pull ups 10, 6, 7
Pressups: 22 plus 10
Squats: 56 plus 31

DL (90, 100, 110, 120)* 5 Have done heavier but working on my crap form so left it at that
PU – 11,6,6,6
